Verify that the hours necessary to earn the awards have been recorded in the Auxiliary’s information system, AUXDATA, or by consulting with your flotilla’s Information Services Officer (FSO-IS). Your FSO-IS can assist with any corrections that are required.
If you’re still concerned that the awards have been overlooked, contact your District/Region’s DIRAUX office via the Chain of Leadership and Management (COLM), beginning with your Flotilla Commander.
