What size attachments go on the Annual Service Performance Award ribbons?
The text in the Auxiliary Manual, COMDTINST M16790.1G, Ch. 11, F.3.c (pg. 11-39) says small stars.
But the graphic, Figure 11-2 (pg. 11-55), shows large stars.
Answer: The text in F.3.c. prevails. Small stars are used on the Annual Service Performance Award ribbons.
