What is the correct way to arrange the Ensigns (flags) for our Flotilla meetings?

The National Ensign will shall be placed to the right of the speaker’s podium (left of the audience) and all other flags, including the Auxiliary Ensign shall be located to the left of the podium (speaker’s right).
