Information about Auxiliary elections is contained in the Auxiliary Manual, COMDTINST M16790.1G, specifically Chapter 4, “Elections”. Eligibility requirements for members to run for elected office can be found in:
- Auxiliary Manual Chapter 4, Section F.2. “Eligibility”.
- Auxiliary Manual Appendix C, “Election Eligibility”. This appendix provides election eligibility criteria and related information pertaining to flotilla, division, district, and National level leaders.
March 2025 Update – There was a change to election eligibility policy that became effective on 1 January 2025. BCQII is no longer a substitute for APC or FLC. You now need APC in conjunction with either AFLC or AUXLAMS.
