Entering your Zip Code will bring up the closest Vessel Examiners, from both the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary and the U.S. Power Squadrons.
You will be able to contact the certified Vessel Examiner of your choice.

All things considered, it’s lucky that you found out via the Coast Guard, rather than an emergency, that you needed to update your boat’s safety equipment.
