If you are an editor for the division or flotilla newsletter, who has the authority to choose the cover picture and design if it is 100% in compliance with all rules and regulations?

Answer is: The Director of Auxiliary. All publications, with the exception of notices of PE classes and VSC locations must be approved by the DIRAUX and/or designee. Please read the appropriate sections of the Auxiliary Manual | |
