What if the Auxiliarist is a current member of the Civil Air Patrol which has required finger printing and background checks prior to membership for years. Are they exempt?

No. All present and prospective members must file fingerprint cards, and for those who do Direct Operational activities a SF86. See the CHDIRAUX Security Site for full information | |
