AUXDATA and Compatibility with FireFox
Posted by COMO Susan Davies on 09 March 2017 09:01 AM

For members who use FireFox as their preferred browser, we recently discovered that the new version of FireFox (v52.0) does not support Java or Adobe Reader.  Members who have upgraded to v52.0 report seeing just a white screen when trying to access AUXDATA.  The options right now are to continue to use version 51.0b9 and ignore the upgrade message, or you can try the following workaround:

  1. Open FireFox

  2. Type in the Search/Enter Address bar at the top -  about:config

  3. Right click-  New

  4. Select- Boolean

  5. Enter the preference name-   plugin.load_flash_only

  6. Select- false

  7. Exit out of FireFox, then restart FireFox and try getting into AuxData.
