How do I know where I stand as far as the Mandated Training requirement is concerned?

Your primary source for Auxiliary information is your flotilla's Information Services Officer (FSO-IS), who, if necessary, has the IS chain of communication at his/her disposal.

Mandated Training (AUXMT) progress may be checked by viewing any of the following:

The AUXDATA Training Status report

  • This report will show the greatest detail as to your AUXMT status.
  • It is available via your FSO-IS.
  • Availability is by either individual or by flotilla.

The AUXDATA Training Record report

  • This report is available via your FSO-IS.
  • Availability is by either individual or by flotilla.
  • This report shows each individual tasks completed during the period selected for the report.

The flotilla's AUXDATA Training Management report

  • This report is available via your FSO-IS.
  • The report is produced by flotilla.

AUXINFO

  • Using the "Tasks" cube.
  • Member Training for use of AUXINFO is available on the AUXINFO’s “New Users” page
  • For additional assistance, see your Flotilla Commander.

The Measurement (M) Directorate's Mandated Training page's Detail Reports

AUXLMS
  • Courses completed via the AUXLMS (only) may be viewed on the AUXLMS "transcript".

It’s important to account for the inherent delays in the data recording processes.

  • Mandated Training courses completed on the AUXLMS show up on the AUXLMS “transcript” immediately, but may take up to a week to get to the Auxiliary’s information system of records, AUXDATA.
  • Mandated Training courses completed via self-study or classroom training will be transmitted to AUXDATA by your local Information Services Officers. Delays will vary depending on locality.
  • Results in AUXDATA may take another week or so to get to AUXINFO.
  • The Measurement Directorate’s Mandated Training page’s  Detail Reports derives information from AUXINFO, with a possible additional delay, as noted in the report heading.
