How can I confirm that I’ve completed a course on the AUXLMS?

Please note the ability to produce certificates has been disabled; however your transcript can be used as proof of completion.

  • To access your transcript, click on the "My Account" menu button and then click on the "My Transcript" option. You will see your transcript.
  • Click on the Print button to print out your transcript for your notes.

There are three ways to confirm that you've completed an AUXLMS course:

  • Your AUXLMS “transcript”
  • Your AUXDATA Training Record Report, available via your flotilla’s FSO-IS.
  • AUXINFO (Look under AUXDATA Tasks, then General Training)

Mandated Training Courses, the Required VE Workshop and the ICS-210 are transmitted to AUXDATA, and hence, AUXINFO.  Bear in mind that it may take a week, or so, for your course to make it to AUXDATA, and another week to get to AUXINFO.  Please allow for these inherent delays.

Other course options, especially Coast Guard (Gold) courses, for which there is no link to an Auxiliary qualification or membership requirement, are not be recorded in AUXDATA (or AUXINFO) but may appear on your transcript.

To use AUXINFO, go to www.auxinfo.uscg.gov , choose “AUXDATA Cubes”, then “AUXDATA Tasks”,  then “General Training”.  From there, you’ll have to go “Down a Level”, as needed, to get to your own record.  (Detailed instruction for the use of AUXINFO is beyond the scope of this Knowledge Base.  For assistance on using AUXINFO, see your Flotilla Commander or FSO-CS.)
