The new Form 7063,"COAST GUARD AUXILIARY ASSOCIATION, INC. AGREEMENT FOR COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP," is an Auxiliary form used as a single document to cover both the Auxiliary and the Association copyright requirements.  It provides for a Notary Public.

Prior versions specified that a Notary OR a Coast Guard Officer could attest.

The law has changed and a notary is required. Having a Coast Guard officer sign in lieu of a notary is no longer acceptable.
