1. Auxiliary Manual Chapter 4, Section F.2. "Eligibility".
2. Auxiliary Manual Appendix C, "Election Eligibility". This appendix provides election eligibility criteria and related information pertaining to flotilla, division, district, and National level leaders.

An Election Eligibility Report is published on the Performance Measurement directorate’s web site. This report lists all members, by district, division and flotilla, and shows their compliance status with the eligibility requirements to run for elected office at the flotilla and division level. This report is updated quarterly early in the year, and then weekly during the election cycle.
