National Staff Email Accounts

National Staff members are encouraged to use a national email account. Once appointment is listed in AuxData, National Staff may apply for an email account by submitting a Help Ticket using the category: National Staff Services. The email address will be made by using name:

Once the email account is issued, using a browser window, login by placing this link into the URL window:

To login, for Username, use your first and last name as issued, no extension. Use the password issued, it may be changed, once logged in.

Once logged into email panel, there are many opportunities for managing email messages on the left menu bar. At the top, there are additional services. Note the settings button on the top right.

The Settings allow detailed adjustments. To place this email account into a downloadable program, such as Outlook, use the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tap. To reset the password, use the "Accounts" tab.
